如果是原版中，因为你注册的序号已经超过了100

    这个未必吧，在后来几个平台中我也遇到这样的情况。后来只有加语句限制……

   NPSE载具上限200，飞行器100，步兵不清楚

    NPAE载具无限制

平台问题一律无解

把不能造的平民注册到100后据说可以解决

MK正解！把平民单位统统注册到100以后，然后把你要用的单位注册在100之内即可。
