如果您使用的是Ares 3.0，那么可以自己新建csf文件。
这是Ares3.0的中文版说明书部分内容：
除了ra2md.csf，游戏还会载入stringtable00.csf到stringtable99.csf并且优先级更高。

你也能直接在ini里用NOSTR:prefix命名，比如，UIName=NOSTR:Sonar Pulse会被显示为“Sonar Pulse”，尽管如此，这玩意儿(包括prefix)不能超过31个。

CSF条目最大能写20000条。

Language-Neutral String Tables

String tables can now be marked as ‘language neutral’ by setting the language field in the header to -1 (or FF FF FF FF in hexadecimal). Files that are language neutral will always load, no matter what language the main string table ra2md.csf is.

If your string table editor does not support setting the language manually, use a hex editor to set the four bytes starting at offset 0x14 directly.
