关于EMP弹头不分敌我的问题

打扰各位，我将新建的电磁脉冲弹头放在单位的武器上时并不会瘫痪己方，但放在Type=GenericWarhead的超武中则会无视所属瘫痪所有方，暂时没有头绪，请问可能是哪些方面的问题
使用平台：ARES3.0+Phobos Build38
